Take Control of

YOUR LIFE.

Along the way we step over pebbles and there are times we feel we are standing in front of an unmanageable boulder. We are faced with a multitude of circumstances that challenge our strength. It is likely that you have come here because you have been experiencing some difficulties in your life such as stress, anxiety, grief, loss, relationship problems, or issues that have carried over from an earlier phase of your life. At some point, we may have discovered feeling disconnected from ourselves or those around us. I help guide you toward a greater self-awareness, developing an understanding of your automatic actions and behaviors, often driven by deep seated fears or insecurities. The answer is within you and together we can uncover it and celebrate your discovery.

Discover

Your Greatest Self.

In therapy we learn how our history and thoughts, both positive and negative, are affecting us. We learn to change those perceptions that hold us back. Then we can free ourselves from the old invisible constraints. We can then make the choices we want to make, and claim ownership of our lives.

We all have beliefs about ourselves and the world based on our early experiences. These have been learned at a such a young age that acting out of them has become automatic and unconscious. We are not always aware of these beliefs  or they are so much a part of how we see ourselves that we consider them part of our identity. Most go through life without knowing what it is that compels us to behave the way we do.

My goal is to help my clients do this and discover their power.  We create a therapeutic connection and I honor that space with integrity.

Life is ten percent what you experience and ninety percent how you respond to it.

If you want to conquer the anxiety of life, live in the moment, live in the breath.

"

Worrying is carrying tomorrow's load with today's strength- carrying two days at once. It is moving into tomorrow ahead of time. Worrying doesn't empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength.
